| The following Return policy applies only to purchases made directly
from Superscope. A Return Authorization Number obtained in advance from
Superscope must accompany all product returns items. If you made a
purchase from one of our dealers, check your packing ship, invoice or
the web site of that store for return or exchange information. Items
purchased at a dealer may not be returned or exchanged through
Superscope.
Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt without a
restocking charge, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and
undamaged. If the package has been opened a basic restocking charge of
5% or $10.00, whichever is more, will be charged. Used or damaged
merchandise, missing accessories or packaging will increase the
restocking fee. Open accessories products may not be returned. Contact Customer Service to receive a Return

International customers can

from Superscope cannot be returned.
Defective Products
Superscope only accepts Defective returns for exchange within the first
thirty (30) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any
defective merchandise, it must be shipped within this thirty (30) day
period. Superscope, at its option, may determine whether a defective
product should be repaired or replaced. If we authorize a return, a
replacement unit will be shipped freight prepaid after your product is
received and inspected at our warehouse. The customer will be
responsible for the return shipping charges. After 30 days, please refer

What To Have Ready When You Call For A Return Authorization:
In order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA), please have your
invoice available and the serial number and model number of the product.
Shipping Your Product to Superscope
The product must be in the original packaging complete with all manuals
and packaging materials, and show signs of no wear or abuse; otherwise
the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum five percent
(5%) restocking fee. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as
payment was made and are issued for product value only, excluding
shipping. RA numbers are voided if the returned product is not back to
us within 10 days of RA issue date.
The RA number must be affixed to the label on the return package.
Items shipped back without a RA number will be refused or returned back
to you.
Ship via UPS or Federal Express and record your tracking number.
